In every neighborhood there is, at least, a madman.
Ours was called 'Sebastian'.
I washed cars and did a bit of everything,
To earn your bread.
'Sebastian' had an imaginary girlfriend,
And with her he argued without ceasing.
A cape made of rags was tied around his neck
And running through the streets we heard him shout:
'Sebastian, if you want to conquer me,
Only the stars will suffice;
Only the stars will suffice. '
In every madman there is, at least, a dream.
Being loved was the ideal of 'Sebastian'
With paper, tin, cardboard and a lot of effort
He began his plan.
For hallucinating love, implacable,
It was creating the biggest super spacecraft,
To leave with his girlfriend,
'From our neighborhood of mie *** to the sidereal world'.
In each dream there is, at least, one drama,
And in anguish 'Sebastian' was entangled.
One night, when he spoke with the sky,
On the horizon he saw a light crossing.
Happy yelled, - 'wait for me' -
And I saw him running, throwing himself into the sea,
Trying that flash to recover,
Because 'Only the stars will suffice;
Only the stars will suffice! '
On the dirty sand of the market beach
There is a pod that looks like a projectile.
From its wings hangs a layer of rags;
From its shadow, an endless solitude.
His imaginary girlfriend is still waiting for him.
At night he stands guard, facing the sea.
Nobody will conquer it.
No other illusion will be delivered,
Faithful to the madman who gave him Eternity,
Because only the stars will suffice.
Only the stars will suffice:
Only the stars will suffice!
Only among all we can make this a better place :)
